hey does any graphic card matters what cpu i am using for example for amd if i use zotac geforce gtx 1060 mini pci edition than is that ok

hey guys again thanks for your support i have finally came to a conclusion of some parts so here they are: i am going to use i5-4460 as my cpu i went with the option that you guys gave but if i change my mind i will definately go with your choice. i chose zotac geforce gtx mini-pci-edition gpu i found it in my budget. i chose msi 970 motherboard. crucial ballistix sport 8 gb 1600 mhz ddr3 as my ram stick. i chose 1tb hdd from seagate. to power these all i chose corsair 500w power supply. and an atx case to juice all this in. u guys probably might be thinking what budget m i having dollars are pretty easy to get a heavy stuff but i live in India and my currency is rupees and rupees are the lowest economy i have ever seen. 1$=67 rupees so imagine how much for 800$ plus for the abroad brands the charges are more in india so i am trying to squeeze in my budget to 60000 rupees and probably start a amazing youtube channel...please guys its a request to help me out to get the best stuff....i totally appriciate your comments....

HKZeroFive and others thanks to your reply my doubt is i want a cpu that has an amazing quality of gaming and fits my budget so i chose amd but is it great to choose the intel core i5-4460? is the zotac geforce gtx 1060 6gb ddr5 gpu an amazing fit to this intel core mentioned to juice up the graphics for playing different games like gtaV CSGO? is the intel going to fit the motherboard now after i shifting my mind from amd cpu to intel i5-4460?
