  1. You can certainly trust Alienware, as it is Dell's gaming company. My friend has the 15" and he likes it, and its quality is good. However, I think that Alienware is very overpriced, and I would not buy one.

  3. I would definitely go with Quadro GPUs, because they are meant for workstations and programs such as AutoCAD
  4. I would recommend the Lenovo IdeaPad Y700 ($899). I've been using it for a month, and it is very solid for both gaming and schoolwork. It has an Intel Core i7 and a GTX 960m, and 8gb of RAM. Only issue with it is that it does not have that many USB ports, other than that, it is a solid laptop.
  5. Lenovo has pretty solid build quality. I've been using the IdeaPad Y700 (gaming laptop, $900) for about a month, and I have really enjoyed it. Only drawbacks are that it is somewhat loud at load and there are not that many USB Ports. However, if you are looking for a solid and powerful laptop, it will work.
