So I’m recently upgrading my monitor setup and my budget is £350 max I know it’s tight but here’s some of the things I need in the monitor. 2 HDMI, Atleast 1080p, Atleast 24 Inch, Removable Stand any advice on what I should purchase would be appreciated.

MSI B350 TOMAHAWK AMD Ryzen 5 1600X Corsair Vengence 2x4GB 3200Mhz Arctic Freezer 33 EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G2 2 x ARCTIC 140 mm High-Performance fans 3 x ARCTIC 120 mm High-Performance fans 1Corsair Carbide SPEC-01 Red I'm also open to suggestions such as a better configuration of the case and AIR cooling.

I don't actually need storage as I already have that sorry for not making it clear.

So I have currently got a GTX 1060, and storage and have a budget of £570 or $760 left. I'm wanting some advice/changes to my current list: CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x Cooler: Arctic Freezer 33 MOTHERBOARD: MSI B350 Tomahawk RAM: Corsair Vengence DDR4 3200Mhz 2 x 4Gb Sticks PSU: EVGA SupaNOVA G2 650W CASE: Corsair Carbide SPEC-01 (Red) FANS: 2 x Arctic High-Performance 140mm, 3 x Arctic High-Performance 120mm Main things I need advice and changes on are the case, PSU and cooler, I'm wanting the best temps, I don't care about looks but more on the best temperatures. Please give me the best suggestions to help fit my budget (I can go over a small amount )

I see noticeable drops and stuttering for about half a seccond and then it's fine and it repeats a few seconds later

Would it work could I just buy the 1060 and put it in my system with the power supply and mother board I allredy use
