In my house before I got an electrician to run the cable thru the wall. I just had a 200 foot Ethernet cable going all the way across my house and upstairs. Worked like a charm

I think I heard about an option in the bios to turn off auxiliary power when the pc is off. This could help if i knew what it was called

i have a general dislike for most Razer things, the mice are uncomfortable, the keyboards have switches that id rate lower then membrane and they cost loads. they make pretty decent laptops but thats about it

honestly, I would save up and start from scratch. you aren't going to be able to upgrade the CPU much without upgrading the Motherboard and RAM anyway.

@OP Wildlands is a cool Game with Friends. Dont listen to People who havent played it. Best Coop Game in Years and without Markers on a high difficulty, a good challenge.

As long as they are PWM based fans you can get a power splitter such as this, it will only take a control signal from the fan header and power from the PSU:
