    I going to have to say buddy but I think that neither two of your cpus will barely pass those requirements. Care for the i7s?

    It all really come down to what you are trying to use this PC for. If it is for light work and no heavy cpu usage, then go with i3. If you want to game and do multitasking things then u should get the i5... PS. You should also get a different motherboard
