any idea why the forum has been double posting a lot lately? I've been seeing a lot of people do it, I've even had it happen to a couple of posts myself. 

Not exactly sure of the specific reason but it is related to the recent update. It's supposed to stop once the database re-indexing has completed, when that is I don't know, or it could be a bug in the latest version of the forum software.

The 5970 is a beast of a card.  You should just run one and sell the other.  I have a brand new ek water block for one but I don't have a card

Cod 1 is better and more realistic than this rushed arcade wannabe action packed free for all game.

Sapphire RX 480 8GB NITRO+ OC owner here.
At max speed, 1347Mhz core, 8000MHz memory, very quiet (much quieter than my old 390), cools FAR better than the reference card and was the same price as the reference card.

Meh... I suppose it looks all right, but it's a bit tacky and I hate the "DEVIL" markings.

AMD cards will do better in games with Vulkan enabled. That allows them more performance due to a number of things.

So, if you were unaware, Kyle changed his channel's name from "AwesomeSauce Network" to "bitwit" (Kyle specified no caps)
 
What are your opinions on the change? Personally, I don't mind the name (I'll still call it AwesomeSauce Network out of habit) but I think the no caps thing was a mistake. IMO, bitwit looks a bit unprofessional, I think Bitwit or BitWit would be a lot better. Thoughts?
 
UPDATE: Kyle changed it, added caps to make it "BitWit". Much better IMO.

My NITRO+ RX480 OC does max. of 1342Mhz boost, and in demanding games (Witcher 3 at 1440p ultrawide) goes up to 80-85C. Still much quieter than my old Sapphire Dual-X R9 280 though and I love the fanless mode.

Skylake's BCLK is C O M P L E T E L Y  different than past generations, on a 6700k for instance, changing BCLK only changes memory multiplier, and cache multiplier.   It doesn't effect anything else like PCI-E and things like older generations did.
 
You can  run 200+ BCLK on Skylake if you turn your multipliers down.
Usually BCLK oc'ing is quite useless unless your CPU won't go to the next "notch" but it'll go halfway or 3/4 there.

OR when you run out of memory dividers, some boards only go to like 3866, so you may have to increase BCLK up a notch to get past that 3866 mhz mark if you have faster memory.
 
Occasionally it's used for "low clock challenge" benchmark competitions, where they'll say... No frequency greater than 5003 mhz can be on the CPU, so to get the highest score you may end up having to do 4000 mhz memory divider with ~102.1 BCLK and 49 cache & CPU multiplier, to get higher memory speeds for the benchmark.

The OP is specing an i7-6700k (Skylake) cpu. The Z170 chipset isolates the bclk so that it only affects the CPU frequency and the memory frequency.
 
Yes, older chipsets everything was tied into the bclk, but Skylake and Z170 don't.

You can oc unlocked  z87 and z97 chips by bclk I have got over 190mhz bclk on a 4770k and tweak town ran one at 175mhz bclk with a high multi stable as well. 
 
Skylake you can bclk any chip and there are retailers that sell none k oc bundles with full warranties so it's prefect legit way to oc and safe. 

Yeah i am on 1440P and can use "high" setting just fine with my RX 480.
