    If you get distracted and fap for like 10 hours whilst making video in editor that is 1 minute long you need maximum 12GB's or more. Some people like to multitask but because only men on internet we fail at this.

    It's Bethesda. Fallout 3 is ugly but i like the game a lot, not even 60FPS most the time.

    I have fixed by installing FOSE and running 4GB patch on FOSE.exe then launching from FOSE renamed to Fallout 3 on desktop. I still get FPS drop but it is because i use custom CELL loading and graphics are upgraded more from standard.

    Clean install yes, it don't happen all the time it's mostly when i resize my video screen in the time line. The video screen where you see what is going on.

    I have problems with Sony Vegas randomly crashing and Fallout 3 won't work on 10 without hacked D3D9.DLL.

    The majority of Win 7 users never upgraded to 10, though 10 is no Vista, Vista was not great on first inception to the market, buggy, did not like XP hardware etc etc. This might cause M$ to incorporate DX12? make sure 7 get's updates? seeing as Windows 7 is a dominating OS vs 10?

    Looks like i may have to start all over again to do all this? I had D3D9 DLL that turn my 1080 into 7800GT or something, and that is maybe the cause of te FPS problem, but now game not work at all even from new game if i disable it.

    Oh yeah my other games work fine. Fallout 3 has a shit fit also sometimes will crash randomly like when i did one of DLC Operation Anchorage, but doing quick save was a win.
