I don't trust kinguin and g2a at all... That's why I'm getting Windows 10 from newegg.

Looks pretty good. However, if this is a first-time build, then don't go for watercooling in my opinion. Even if it's AIO, I"d still start with air cooling.

Other than that, it looks good. I'm assuming there's going to be some kind of algorithm processing/rendering going on as you have a 6700K correct?

What I personally would do, is wait for the new Apple Watch to come out, and then buy the original. Why? The price will drop exceedingly, and personally I can't justify spending $600 on a smartwatch that will have maybe 20% more features than the original one, which will most likely hover around $200-300 (from 3rd-party vendors obviously, not from Apple itself).

It's your call though, if I had to choose one, it'd be the original.

Old CPU Last-gen RAM series XFX is a good company, but I would recommend an EVGA PSU The 212 evo is an oooohhh-kayyyy CPU cooler. If you want a '4K build', I'd go for something....uh....liquidy.  Other than that, looks pretty good.
