To give some context I was browsing arround hardware swap and stumbled across this motherboard and thought I should buy it for my upcoming build. So I followed trough with the purchase and it arrived last week on Monday. i opened it up and saw that there were bent pins all over the place. What should I should i contact the seller for a refund and/or should I get an RMA from AsRock themselves?
The only reason I ask is because I have seen horible reviews of AsRock customer service and I really don't have the time or patience to deal with a bad support team.
Here's a link to his posting on /r/hardwareswap if you guys could see if theres anything in the pictures that I missed.
