I moved my pc maybe 2 inches to plug my keyboard and mouse in, and when I pressed the power button, the LEDs on my motherboard and GPUs flash accompanied by a clicking noise from my PSU. The flash and click happens about 2 times a second indefinitely until I turn the PSU off. I’ve unplugged everything one at a time until I got to just the 24 pin power connector and CPU (and cooler) and I’m still getting this weird flash click loop. what’s going on? I moved my PC 2 inches. Specs: Ryzen 2950x 32gb 3600 ddr4 2 gtx 1080ti’s asrock x399 Taichi mobo evga 1600 T2 PSU

My system specs are as follows: CPU: Ryzen ThreadRipper 2950x @ 3.8 Ghz RAM: 32 GB Corsair Dominator Platinum @ 3000Mhz Quad Channel GPU(s): 2 GTX 1080 ti's in Sli (EVGA SC2's both exact same model) W/ +120 on the core and + 200 on the memory each MOBO: Asrock Taichi x399 PSU: EVGA Supernova T2 1600 Watt Literally every other game I run is totally fine except BF1. Disabling SLI Doesn't do anything, reseting the OC's on my GPU's doesn't either. At 4k max settings , i would expect around 60-140 fps, and I instead get around 60 to 20 and it jumps around ALOT . Like the fps dips and stutters every other second. And when I looked in MSI afterburner , i saw why. The gpu(s) (SLI Disabled had the same thing happening) were jumping around in usage all over the place from 20 to 80 to 5 to 60 percent usage. I tested every other game I owned. Even ones with god awful Sli support and they ran totally butter smooth. It's very odd because Ive never had any problem running this game in Sli back when I was running 2 maxwell titan x's. Drivers were also wiped and reinstalled to the newest stable version. Any thoughts?

That's also a possibility. I am totally fine with a single 2080 ti , and no , I do not have a mobo , or a ddr4 kit yet. The chrome special edition dominater platinum would be amazing to get, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

So I'm starting a new project, and that's (by the title) a chrome / white and glass pc. The goal is to make a super clean , bright and vibrant looking gaming / workstation PC. Here's a video of PC so you can get an idea of what I'm trying to go for: Obviously not EXACTLY like that , (the genesis 9000 case in white is discontinued i believe anyway) but I definitely want to draw inspiration from this build regarding the chrome finishes , and the mixture of glass and bright whites. (The tones of blue featured in the build I would rather go without.) My budget is 4000 dollars. However , I already own a i9 7940x that I plan on using for this , so that can be taken out of the budget. I also own a Rosewill Hercules 1600w PSU , while not white or chrome, Is definitely a beast of a PSU that can power anything, however, that being said I am more than willing to sell it for a white / chrome themed PSU as long as it's top quality. (I also own a 250 gb ssd for booting) The only other restriction(s) I have are that i'm using either 2 Rtx 2080's in sli or 2 gtx 1080 ti's in sli. ( I can pick up a pair hardly used / new 1080 ti's for just over 1k rn.). Any suggestions on the model for the 1080 ti would be helpful. The only other thing I may do is get a single 2080 ti and upgrade to 2 later possibly. I would like 2Tb of SSD Storage, and maybe a 2 to 4tb hard drive. I have a 4k monitor already and speakers. But i do need to get a mouse and keyboard. (suggestions for these would be appreciated too following the theme) Things I need to buy still: GPU's , hard drive(s) , ssd(s), RAM , cpu cooler , mobo , fans (LED), cable sleeves , mouse, keyboard , PSU (optional) , sound card , (a custom loop , which would negate the need for a cpu cooler , feel free to suggest that!!) , case , OS. It's exactly what I'm looking for! Other then that, that's really it. I would like parts to be near / top quality aswell as I need this system to last me a long time. (4 years). If I paid a hefty premium to Super FLower, would they consider shipping a 2000w psu to me? Or do they not ship to the US period?

Hey all. I'm currently in a dilemma. A good friend of mine and myself are working on a big project to make an massive rig. The specs are 2x Xeon e5 4650 v2's , 32gb of Ecc ram @ 1866 Mhz, 2 Cpu water coolers, 4 gtx 1080ti SC2 Hybrids oc'ed (2 gpu's per person), a gtx 970 boot card, 4 hard drives, 2 ssd's, 20 rgb fans, 12 rgb strips for 2 hue +'s , fan moniters, blue ray drives, and 2 keyboards and mice. The total wattage at peak on the psu calculator came out to 1878 watts recommended. with a peak pull of 1828... We both own a Rosewill 1600 watt psu, so were were contemplating using 2 of them;however, we're not so sure how that would work. What should we do? I know that Super Flower makes a 2000w psu but we live in the US and we don't know how to get one. and suggestions would be appreciated.

Well it didnt work, its still giving me the crashing. I've tried older drivers, clean installs of drivers, and other weird youtube guides. No luck. Im running DirectX 12, but that shouldn't matter because DirectX adapts to the needed api anyway, so anymore suggestions?

How do i do that without a windows CD?

I've been dealing with this ever since I've updated to the latest Nvidia driver 382.53 for the Gtx 1070. I'm running sli gtx 1070 gaming X's. I have a 1600 watt psu so power inst an issue. I've rolled back my drivers to the previous versions, I've ran ddu and gotten a clean install of the drivers, checked dxdiag and found no DirectX errors or driver issues. All games i play are affected by it. It happens whenever I launch a game and start playing. Whether it's 5 minutes in or 50 it will crash saying something about my gpu's drivers or that the card has been physically removed from the system, which is obviously hasn't and it's becoming extremely frustrating. Any help?..
