At this point I've accepted that the card is most likely dead. But, I thought I might as well ask here and see if anyone has any experience or tips for my situation.
The Graphics card stopped getting recognized a few days ago. I have tried my old card and that one worked like it's supposed to. The newer card's fans spin meaning it isn't power delivery and the card does get hot (I'm not sure but I think that means it does something internally). I have tried the card in another PC and it still wasn't recognized. I have looked at the PCIe conductive surfaces on the card and can only find one VERY shallow scratch.
If anyone has any ideas of what I can try they would be greatly appreciated!
