currently im using 3 strips from a deepcool rgb kit. and they barely lighten up the case its super dark. the glass is super dark tint and thick, when the panel is off the case the lights are of normal brightness, ive been fighting this for about 1.5 months now and ive given up and looking to find a brand that can be used in this case. case is inwin 509

Contacted Customer support at TT directly might get a response since im not even game "test this" on a old pump and put it on a closed loop lol
-
Yea can't even find a expire date or day of manufacture
-
nevermind its like sand and stuck at the bottom.
-
if i shake it around it dissolves and goes back into a full liquid. like Oj when it settles at the bottom

They didn't let me cancel the thermaltake c1000 and it arrived today. Has a heap of this white pigment stuff at the bottom. Of the bottle. Not sure if that's the cloggy stuff that feel to the bottom and the rest is OK?

yea i just got home from being out for the weekend, found out singularity PC that is a Australian company actually has a parts store that sells mayhem for decent pricing. for the time being how long can i survive on a kill coil and distilled water before something goes funny? i dont have a issue draining the loop every month or so i tend to do a full dedusting then anyway
-
Yea that's what I've started to hear alot. Think I'll stick to water and a kill coil since my loop is all copper

I ordered a bottle of blue c1000 a few days ago before I found out the product has a 90% chance to turn into a cloggy mess. My gpu is a pre-installed block with a Asus void if removed tag over one screw so I can't even clean the card block without voiding warranty. Poseidon 1080ti Asus

Looking at changing my coolant since the red I had was not my thing so I have switched off red coolant all together. So my question is how long does the uv effect last in the coolant I don't mind switching distilled water out every 6 months etc

EK HFB Fitting 13mm 1/2 what are they like?
vESP replied to vESP's topic in Custom Loop and Exotic Cooling
yea its just that the only other fitting in his price range is something like 3/8 by 1/2 https://www.umart.com.au/XSPC-G1-4-to-3-8inch-ID--1-2inch-OD-Compression-Fitting--Chrome--V2_32059G.html and i cant find tubing at this outlet where he wants to get it all in one that will fit that size. https://www.umart.com.au/search.php?encode=YTozOntzOjQ6InR5cGUiO3M6MToiMCI7czo4OiJrZXl3b3JkcyI7czo5OiJQcmltb0ZsZXgiO3M6MTg6InNlYXJjaF9lbmNvZGVfdGltZSI7aToxNTA1MTg0NjExO30= not even the xspc makes 3/8 by 1/2 tubing for there own fitting -
im doing some water cooling for a friend and they want to use these ek barb fittings and since my only experience is compression on HARD TUBE im not sure what these are like. any advice? https://www.umart.com.au/EK-HFB-Fitting-13mm-Red_32354G.html

Sorry I didn't get a notification of your reply. Sounds strange that it's providing visual then sometimes a black screen. Is all the cables in tight? Perhaps try a different card if you have a old one laying around to rule out a issue with your mothboard

the thing is it was a bad thing, first time i set my loop up i didn't realize until my cpu hit 90c that it was not even touching the paste, after the sanding it was fine. having said that. that apparently was just a one off and the risk of mass imports from china to Australia. the gpu blocks seem flawless.
-
I Personally have a full barrow loop, no named fittings or parts and it runs fine. if bykski is anything like barrow though some of the standoffs used on the cpu block often do not have the same exact height and i found i had to sand about 0.2mm off to get it level. otherwise they dont seem to leak and are good quality materials.

so i pluged the pump to a cpu fan header 02 as i have 2 of them and the first 1 is hard to reach without moving my pc and i was able to lower the pump speed for the like the first time ever. now its almost silent and not grinding its self to oblivion. still might save up for a named pump just for my own piece of mind tbh. thanks for the help mate saved me some $ upfront, now i can save up for a decent pump and res combo.

any luck?
