Hey guys, I've been considering upgrading my GPU's from 7950's and planned on going to 980's but I just came across two MSI R9 290X gaming GPU's for $200 a piece.... so we're talking 60% of the cost of ONE 980! lol Would you do it? or keep saving up to get 980's (which could be another 3 months before pulling the trigger because i'll need water blocks too If I get the R9's I'll have the waterblocks ordered right away... because again... 400 bucks for both vs 650ish for one 980.... (also still cheaper than two 970's) your thoughts? what would you do??

Can we order it online??? for 89 bucks I'd buy 2! and give my vertex's to me brother! I just found a thread... It's in store only I'll paypal money to you and you buy me 2 drivers

Honestly I was a HUGE Geforce fanboy originally when They started rolling out the 1GB DD2 cards way back when haha and always hated AMD but couple years back nvidia's ran HOT and required shit ton of power to run their cards I decided to give radeon a go and they were great... low power consumption and ran cooler than the nvidia's at the time.... but now Nvidia got the upper hand with the 780's, 970 & 980s! Great prices too I must say!

I have a few flickering issues but I'm thinking it might be one of my cards... I'm running 7950's in crossfire and I was having A LOT more issues with drivers before the omega... so it's definitely better now with the omega drivers. Next round I will no doubt pick up Nvidia cards

as the title states at Memory Express on for December 13th 2014 They have local stores in Alberta, BC and Manitoba also you can order online (might ship to the states too Im not sure) I was considering picking up two myself for raid 0 than I did a atto speed test on my OCZ Vertex 4's and realized I'm still getting awesome speeds haha
