  1. Thank you for the response, I'm figuring that perhaps I could mount the additional fan in the front "rails" and then perhaps use zip ties on the other side.. I can't understand why Corsair didn't make slots for a 2nd 140 fan to begin with but oh well.. Thank you again..
  2. Just a quick and straight to the point question, does anyone know if it is possible to "mod" the SPEC-06 and use the top ventilation holes to mount a second 140mm fan in the top. This is pretty much the only thing keeping me from buying this case straight away since I can no longer find Be Quiet! Pure Base 500 where I live anymore.. so yeah, is it possible?
  3. Well as the subject suggests, does the MSI Optix MAG27CQ support Picture in Picture by OSD?I know that MSI Optix MPG27CQ does this, and even Picture by Picture. The monitors seems very similarbut I can't find anywhere where the PiP function is mentioned for the MSI Optix MAG27CQ, anyone know?!Paying an extra $100-150 for RGB doesn't seem reasonable (yes I know there are a few other minor differences).
  4. Seems like you're looking for something like Aerocool or Deepcool's spaced out cases, not that I would classify them as best.. haven't tried any of them, but the looks compared to the one in your link.. perhaps.. Otherwise you could always go with something like the Prodigy/Phenom from Bitfenix or even better one of Corsair's offerings like the Crystal 280X or it's predecessor AIR 240.. personally I switched from the 240 to NZXT's H400i and I couldn't be more pleased.. so asking for the best case can give you any answer really, it all depends on what you are looking for.. aesthetics? air flow? easy to build in? cube or tower? But yeah.. going by your link you're looking for a cube case.. simply do a google search for matx cube and pick one if none of my suggestions are to your liking.. I hope that you find a case that you are pleased with.. the world needs more mATX
  5. Perhaps the NZXT H200i? Might not be the smallest but it's seriously sexy! I personally have it's bigger brother H400i and I absolutely love it. I used to have the AIR 240, it's a nice looking case and relatively easy to work with due to its design but also limiting if you want to use bigger graphics cards.
  6. Perhaps try running with two connections vs. one? Just a thought..
  7. Personally i'd go for the ASUS TUF B350.. in fact, I did.. Unfortunately mATX feels like a forgotten format..
  8. Sure thing, here's how my own H400i turned out and what I think about it now that I've actually used it.
  9. I personally swapped my MSI Mortar, which I really liked but had issues handling my DRAM, to an ASUS TUF B350. So far no issues, it also looks awesome. It might lack a couple of features but nothing I really care about. For an M-ATX build with the Ryzen CPU I'd recommend this any day.
  10. Corsair AIR 240 or maybe B&W NZXT H400i if you want the TG?!
  11. Well.. whichever one will work, trying to decide what to go for.. was looking at the 3200's since they're as much as 3000 here, or just about..
  12. Just wanting to throw a quick question out there about the compatability of Corsair Dominator memory with the MSI B350M Mortar Arctic.. do they work? I know they are not on the QVL, but will they still work, even if not at full speed? Also.. What memory are you using with your Mortar Arctic? I've got everything down for my build but memory..
  13. So I'm upgrading from a 3570k to a Ryzen 1600, I was looking at the MSI Mortar Arctic which I think is the best looking MB and of course also have whatever I need.. I was thinking of pairing it up with some Corsair LED memory but I can't find it on the compatability list, so I'm simply wondering if anyone have experience of using this board with my intended memory and if it works even if it's not on the list. The memory is Corsair Vengeance RGB LED DDR4 3200MHz (CMR16GX4M2C3200C16). Its "siblings" seems to be on the list but not this one..
  14. I actually did say high end X370 and referred to mATX.. but yes, the STRIX is a nice board and the one I would go with actually but it's ATX, not mATX unfortunately.. thank you for the suggestion just the same
  15. uh? as far as I can tell there's just one mATX board available with the X370 chipset and that's the Biostar Racing X370GT3, at least where I am.. versus two ITX ones and 21 ATX ones.. so no, I'm talking about if there will be any mATX boards with the X370 chipset coming out soon..
