no the D15 beats the h100i by quite alot in performance. It also rapes the h100i in noise levels, is more reliable, is cheaper and think the d15 looks better aswell. (but thats an unpopular decision)

But speed enforcement is absolute bollocks and doesn't make anyone safer condisering the speed limits in england are painfully low , it's a money making scheme.
 
It's also extremely easy getting a ticket in this country, canada is much harder I suspect if your police forces share the mentality of the american cops.

this is a common scam. if they have indian accents (not trying to be racist) then yes definitely lol. i saw lots of youtube videos about this
 
they get your phone number randomly by calling random numbers i think

Scam, definitely a scam. Microsoft doesn't call you, they definitely don't use Teamviewer and Windows Defender is free.
 
Edit: Additionally you may want to start considering whether or not they installed anything on your computer while they were using it via Teamviewer. They could quite easily have installed ransomware, a keylogger or similar.

Any bit of tech sold outside the US is overpriced.

DPR3 and D14 are the second best coolers.
cryorg R1 and phanteks ph-tc14pe are the 3rd best coolers 
U14s is the best single tower cooler.
