does anyone else feel like its not sunday? no WAN show this week, for the first time in 5 years or so. kinda feel empty, a weird thing to miss sure but it was my saturday entertainment. RIP WAN show streak. lets hope the new streak lasts even longer. F.

Where did Anthony go? not seen him in any vids for ages. could be an interesting mini game, "wheres anthony?" and have him lurking in the videos somewhere. maybe win stuff or find him enough and get a whole month of anthony hosted videos.

Hope everyone is well. first id like to say i was excited for gamelinked, was being the operative word. But now... not so much. it is just a carbon copy of techlinked, right down to riley, his voice in the background sidekick, awful puns/jokes and writting and presentation. there is nothing about it that makes me want to return to watch more. its unoriginal and just cringe on all levels. they mey aswell not have launched it and left it as part of techlinked. theres no need for this chennel to exist sadly. missed the mark and then some. it could be good, but needs a massive overhaul to be so. yes i know theres only been two episodes so far but lmg with all its experience and knowledge should know how to put together a new show/channel.

Hi all. Does anyone know how to stop this Google boo hoo we can't track you bullshite? Everyday several times when I open my browser and search I have to do a damn recaptcha I'm guessing because I'm behind a VPN and they don't like it. Short of not using the VPN (not an option I want to stay behind it) how do I stop all the recaptcha garbage?

its 2Gbs into the house via fiber cable. im thinking of going down the extender route with one of them through the electric cable devices and seeing if that works.

hi all. i just got a 2Gbs line put in and the provided EchoLife HG8045Q is utter tonk. what is a viable replacement? or should i just get an additional router/mesh thing and just plug it into that and hope for the best? finding something that has a fiber optic connection port in it seems quite difficult. cheers.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I'm a Brit who moved to Japan so upgrading from an hp laptop that's maybe 3/4 years old. Gonna need basically everything. So far I'm looking to build a future proof rig that can be upgraded to ddr5 and a 13th Gen Intel chip when they are affordable in a few years, as I understand it the newer 12th gen boards can support 13th gen, could be wrong on that though, I suspect I am. Either way for now I was thinking an Rog Asus 12th gen board, 16gb maybe 32 ddr4, a 3060, 12th gen i5/7 and an 800w + psu. Want to avoid 40series and never really been an AMD boy, last amd chip I had was an Athlon 64 haha. Any suggestions would be welcome cheers.

Hi, i hope everyone is well. im having an issue with windows 11. since the recent update it keeps pushing the complete set up screen on me when i log in. (pic attached) i guess they are trying to force local accounts to become always online logged into everything so they can get telemetry and harvest data, maybe maybe not, either way i dont want to click continue and im sick of seeing it. i want to keep my settings as they are with no dial home garbage and a local account only. is anyone else getting this issue? any ideas how to get rid of it please? cheers.

Hey, how is everyone? I have a suggestion for a video, baby monitors. I'm expecting my first soon and have started looking at monitors. There are so many options it's difficult to choose, various prices and quality etc. So far top of my list is the Panasonic kx-hc600k-w Even so, it's difficult to choose. Bit out of the usual box but I think it could be useful to the community.

Same for Japan too. Would have really loved to have one. Maybe one day when I've won the lottery or maybe move to Canada. Or maybe then can ship directly from the warehouse in China. For those of us in Oceania /Asia that would be a huge savings on shipping. I'm betting this will be addressed on wan show this week so let's see what happens eh?

Yeah throw in the screwdriver or stealth hoodie to offset the delivery, that would make it worth it. i dont particularly like to wan hoodie so its kinda a null offer that one. i guess the shipping is the early adopter tax on this one haha

Hey all, I hope everyone is well. Quick question, like so many I'm excited about the backpack and went to get one this morning when it went live but shipping is insane, almost $70 to Japan. Usually orders are around $20 which is fine but $70? Bit steep. And with the issues I've had with delivery on some orders .... Hopefully there will be some deals or discounts on shipping in the future but until then I guess I'm waiting. So I'm curious for those of us outside the US and Canada what are your shipping costs for the backpack compared to your regular order shipping.

Hi guys and gals. i have a question about a camera i have. its a pentax sf7 with a separate lense film type. it has the case even though its a bit beat up. ive no idea what to do with it as im not a photographer hahaha cheers

id say upgrade the psu and gfx card, potentially the monitor too. other than that should be able to get a few years out of what you got atm. hell my rig is only now starting to have issues and its going on 13years old.

got one on the way, just hoping the sleeves are a nice length and not short arse gymrat look at my arms ones.

support is a bit swamped at the moment but they will get to you, last few emails i've sent them have taken a while but they get there. yeah i know it sucks having damaged goods on arrival but they will sort it out. mine has a dent in it and no idea where it came from but it gives the bottle some class and character i feel. happy hunting.
