  1. You have ZERO knowledge about anything you just said, about the temps and the performance and for that I will stop feeding you troll. Bye.
  2. If you buy this for gaming, or compare it to a gaming pc you are doing it wrong (in fact try to make a 5k display gaming pc with $2500) I work with an iMac on the office everyday (graphic and motion design) and I wouldn't change it for any PC. I game with my PC at my home everyday and I wouldn't change it for any Mac. Next time try not to put a Formula 1 on a rally track.
  3. Thanks a lot man, you really helped me! Much appreciated.
  4. wow I really like your first build... Question, changing the Xeon for a Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz, good or bad? and the board for a Asus Z97-A or the Gigabyte GA-Z97MX-Gaming 5? btw I will be ditching the optical drive. Thanks a lot for your time!
  5. Can you explain why not the Z? Because alot of boards use the z variant. Thanks a lot. Thanks for replying. I'm thinking on a SLI setup for the next summer or so. lol but but i'm not into OVERCLOCKING Enlighten me, please
  6. I'm planning to replace my rig for a long time now, but with the new nvidia cards I couldn't wait any longer so here we go: Budget: around $1750 CPU: Intel Core i7-4790S 3.2GHz - $309,90 Cooler: Corsair H110 - $119,99 Mobo: Asus Z97-PRO - $199,90 RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3-1600 - $102,99 Graphics: Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB STRIX - $349,99 (future SLI) SSD: Samsung SSD 850 Pro 256GB - $199,90 HDD: Western Digital BLACK SERIES 1TB - (already have it) OD: Asus BD-ROM & DVD/CD-RW - $57,99 Power Supply: Corsair AX760i 80+ Platinum - $139,99 Case: Corsair 550D ATX - $129,99 Monitor: Samsung 24" 16:10 - (already have it) waiting for better & cheaper IPS 28" 4k monitors Total: $1610,64 _________________________ - This computer will be used for gaming, graphic design & motion graphics (after effects, cinema 4D, photoshop & illustrator) - I'm open to suggestions. (3 weeks before I start buying all the components) - I picked the i7-4790S due to be the most recent cpu, is it a good pick? I will not overclock. - Is the Corsair H110 the best pick for silent and cooling (I live in a warm country)? And will it fit on the Corsair 550D case? - I'm clueless about the motherboard, so many options... help?! - The power supply, Corsair AX760i, is enough for this build? Many thanks in advance. (sorry for my english)
  7. I feel the same... They have a classic logo that represents quality and insurance on their products, now with this, they are just another gaming peripherals company... But I kinda see 2 pirate swords?! (Corsair?!...) I dont know lol
  8. It will come out, I saw an article that some guys did a data mining on the GTA5 and found some code that is not being used and its for the PC version and PS4. So they are already testing the game on those platforms. And didn't all GTA eventually came out for PC?
  9. I sold my PS3 a couple weeks ago, wait for the PS4.
  10. brb, my chaw fell on the floor. Great job, lots of work but its paying off.
  11. Yes I did! What a jerk, I thinks hes better then his teammates, he is literally destroying TSM imo, and that makes me sad.
  12. I can't forget the games on a console they are made for that, well for more stuff like netflix and so on, but for internet experience, working, chatting (text) and much more that a Pc experience, Its a more workstation driven, like consoles are game driven. About the sluggish you misunderstood me, my fault, I was talking about trying to use a computer on a living room, about the need to use the mouse to navigate to a game, or some games aren't optimized for a controller and some you need to spend time on the option menu bind everything correctly, and game that don't support the gamepad period, no split screen, the boot times on the console are almost instant, all this and much more give me the feel of sluggish, unoptimized. And yes loadings on Pc are way faster, consoles simply cannot compete.
