Well to my understanding for Intel it still hold true that ram speed does not really matter but from what I remeber and multiple people did say this that because of the infinity fabric ryzen prefers faster ram for the cache latency.

As long as you have a toaster oven you don't care about and watch it carefully, sure go for it
I think that how well it works will depend a lot on the user doing it just right too. From what I saw from Linus's video, if you cook it too long and don't use the right temps, it's toast... literally

Very true! Never cook electronics in the same oven you cook food. I feel bad for not mentioning this, it's very important.
But I disagree about the rarity of this working. I did many GPU and laptop reflows in the oven, even smartphones, and the success rate was surprisingly high, from my own experience about 80%. But it really comes down to if the problem really was with the solder joints or not, and how bad it was. Longevity of the repair however is another question... Sometimes it lasts only a few hours, days or weeks, but I've had a few examples when it lasted a couple years even. But this should not be an issue for you as you are going to buy a new card a few months later anyway
So if nothing else helps, and you think the cuplrit might be solder joints, then throw that card into the oven as a last resort. The cooler will still look good on the shelf after baking even if it's not repaired

    I think this:
I tried it, it just says that version of iOS is not valid or something. You may have to reinstall iOS 11, but I don't think it bricks the phone.

If Apple isn't signing it though, it won't work.

You can't, unless you saved blob thingies, IDK how that works though (ask @themctipers). Basically, Apple has stopped signing for 10.3.3 unless that's the max your device supports (for example, they will still sign iOS 9.3.5 for a 4S, but not any newer phone). So you have to stay on 9 or go all the way to 11.

Thank you for your input buddy.
Looks like it's going to be the solution or workaround for me too. I just recently switched from windows 7. I used f.lux on w7 and was now very excited to try out the built in solution of microsoft. Was very dissapointed. And it doesn't seem like a difficult function either... yet it has such bugs... MS software engineers need some more coffee maybe?

Currently weekly, but I'm going to experiment with the scheduling you posted and see what it can do

You can give this a shot.
(Or you might be able to just use Task Scheduler)

acronis requires a payed license to use though...
if you run it on Windows task scheduler then just throw in diskpart to run before and after that, that'll be the cleanest solution

You can disassemble the gpu cooler and remove the dust from the fan as previously said, or maybe apply some oil to the bearing.
