Oh  my gosh, I remember trying to help this one lady who migrated from an iPhone 6 to a Motorolla Maxx 2 and was complaining how much it sucked ect in performance next to her older iPhone.

She couldn't grasp the concept there were multiple Android phones at different price points and performance. She literally thought Samsung phones for example were completely different all together! So here she was ranting about a more budget oriented Android device to an iPhone and even got the OS wrong. At the end of our discussion she literally said "I dunno who this Andrew is, but I'm gonna sue the Andrew!!"  (Andrew = Android) ?

Not secrets that break any NDA, but something about what you do that the general public isn't really aware of.

I work with a large US cellular company, let's call them "red check mark". At random, customers are sent a satisfaction survey via text about how we did blah blah blah. The thing is, these things are anything but transparent with the wording. Customers have no idea that any score below a 9 out of 10 is treated the same. That "8" you thought was good goes against us in the same way if you gave out a 1. It's the biggest insult you can give without realizing it. This ties to our bonuses which means what you felt was a good score only screws us out of bonuses in the hundreds.

Remember that next time you call in and liked the rep, but we're upset at something else. We can't control wait times, our queue is back to back. Failing us on that only helps the company not pay out while encouraging the cycle of turnover leaving that queue full.

Bonus: They're sending customer satisfaction surveys to non customers now which have the same bonus impacting weight as an actual customer. Let that madness sink in. Imagine going to Pizza Hut and them handing you a survey for Popeye's. Yes, this is real.

During that time frame: Worst break up, dad passed away, cat that kept me sane passed away, was homeless, worst depression during any point of my life

No OP, that was definitely not a better time.

Any time I find old fingerprints of myself online. It's always cringe to see things I've posted years ago or art I've drawn years ago uploaded by strangers onto imageboards. So cringe.

We deserve the scalped pricing on graphics cards thanks to people supporting purchases at insane markups.

China banning crypto is something other nations should follow suit with. Gamers aren't entitled to a 3000 series card at retail, the environmental impact is the bigger issue.

When was the last time you've seen someone putting one of those on their laps to justify the "laptop" name sake?

Unless it's a small net book, you're going to see people put them on a table. If it's a gaming variant, you're def not putting that on your lap. The term notebook actually makes more sense. It folds like a notebook and like a notebook, it's going to be used on a flat surface.

As far as cores go, if you're asking, you don't need it. Creators that actually feel their work load is slow is who these chips are targeted at.

Suggesting an Apple user will have the phone long enough to consider replacing the battery is being optimistic. These are the same phones that have the monopoly with carriers to trade it in after a year to swap to a new one. Apple wants you to contribute to ewaste for profit.

And before someone chimes in with a "I'm still using an iPhone 6" type comment, most iPhone users aren't a part of PC tech forums or even know who Louis Rossmann is.
