So after chatting with a CS rep from Newegg, not only with the merchant not do shit for an authorized purchase made on my account while I was asleep, their resolution was blocking my account. So after years of being a customer, I'm being told they'll help me by making it possible to continue being a customer. The hell kind of help is that?
