If isn't a malware, then it is a probably a program. Close all your programs, including background program until it disappears. Alternatively, disable all startup programs, restart your system, see if it is there, and if not, then start opening your programs one-by-one.
no use

All I see is your this-party volume control software has a bug.
Please use Windows 10's Volume Mixer instead to confirm if it is there or not.
If it is there, then it could be a virus or malware of the same name as svchost.exe that is running or it is a malware or virus or program that is using svchost.exe and is playing sound.

If I'm not mistaken, this happens when you have your microsoft account logged in more than 1 machine, both machines logged on the same MS account so when you try to install any app from Microsoft Store it askes what device you want to install, kinda like with spotify when you have logged on both pc and phone and you can choose in what device you play music.
seems like i do
The other one is my Cousins but we aren't on the same network and he and i have different acc when we installed our PC.. but thanks for the hints and guesses/// Finally relieved.

Sounds like you have your microsoft account logged into multiple machines?
no just fresh installed it and brought a new ssd. also i think its my connection. although i tested my connection via canyouseene, org as per a YT video suggested but now i have my doubts again. Also does wirelessly connected PC via a rounter counts?

If you can afford this list do this and just overclock your memory. If you'd like to save more, get the 2600. It's up to you
I got my hands on
16 18 18 38
3000Mhz tridenz RGB for 90$ but how would the OC ability be on a B450 board, or is it the CPU that makes the OC memory stable. -

Okay well here's something you can work off of:
The motherboards price is a placeholder for the Mortar MAX board coming out.
If you would like to spend less, get a 2600 and a Pro4 motherboard
which one sounds good, 2600 and getting 3000mhz Ram or what u recommended.
