well as i mentioned the main rig, a raspi and the mic are fairly close together but the server is in im closet across the apartment.

looks pretty promising because if i understood it right it supports connecting multiple cllients but ill have to try and see.
ideally im just connecting the mic to the pi (always on) and then stream it to the server (runnning alexa and some other ha shit) and also to the pc when im in discord.

No, that CPU is perfectly fine for use with a 1660ti. 

We're still using the same ringbus architecture from the i7 2000 series on the newest i7 9000 series today... it's a no brainer!

Then you should probably grab the 2600 build.

The first deal is the best, double the ram, better gpu, the con is the cpu, the i5 4670k is a bit better.
But the 1st deal will work better as a whole 

Ya. I'm still new to the topic and currently still learning libraries that run on CPU but will start learning tensorflow and DL concepts this summer.

It's frustrating to see people who are studying graduate level CS and don't know how to clean install windows. I mean even if they didn't get a chance to do it, you should try it by yourself.

i have the MS660 BT Sennheisers at work.... BOSE has a bit better NC on my old company NC headphones (non BT) but the Sennheiser, are better in nearly every other aspect.
 
better Comfort, better sound, more flexible with BT.... none of them i "GREAT" audio headphones, but they are nice..
 
i do love NC in a working enviroment, but never use them outside, so many better headphones, but they do stack well up to the ATH-M50X which is a really poor headphone.

DMI 3.0 has just under 4 GB/s (3.93GB/s theoretical) of throughput.  A Samsung 950 Pro M.2 SSD (512 GB variant)  can deliver 2.5 GB/s sustained read and 1.5 GB/s sustained write.  Like I said, one drive will not completely saturate DMI 3.0, but 2 or more in RAID 0 will.

This article compares M.2 attached to native M.2 slot which is behind DMI and an M.2 which is attached directly to CPU using a PCIe adapter and there isn't any noticeable change. Thanks man.
