Hey, I am looking to build an emulation box pc. I have never built a PC but just want to have a crack at it for this. want to keep it as cheap as possible but still make certain that it is capable of emulating all of the retro games as well as the newer stuff such as PS3 and Wii U. any advice on where to start finding components and what I need would be great, I am very much a beginner at this. thanks. hoping to try and stay well under $1000 if possible
