yeah when i try to enter my product key it says "you are running windows 10 home,the product key enter cannot be used to activate this edition" so... if i downgrade back to windows 7 home pre and try to enter the code will that work? or just call Microsoft.

i clicked the activate button but its not doing anything. There's another button that says change product key but i dont think thats the right thing.
