Budget around $2000

Hello guys ! In few months i will be going to univercity, and im here to ask a question is it a good idea to get rid of my not best gaming PC and switch over fully to a gaming laptop. Why ? I know I will need any kind of laptop anyway, but im not sure if getting a mid range notebook and maybe upgrading my pc is a good idea, maybe i should invest in one good system ? It would also be easier with file managment. I live a very mobile kind of live, non stop driving a car, im all over the place, having my computer with me would make my life easeier i think. Especially that lately i realised that i don't have even time at home to turn my pc on and play a game,but having the option of being mobile would change things a bit. I was looking for a machine with 1070 16GB ram, 128 or 250 GB SSD, 1 or 2TB hdd, 17", and a (very)good battery life, and not the worst build quality, due to a fact that would have it with me every day. 1.Do you think that's a good idea ? 2.And what laptops would you recommend ?

Im looking for a modem or router or any way to connect SIM card to my home network, due to a fact that i live far from any good internet, which leaves me preety much with that option (best performance and low cost for me) , im using my iphone as a modem and shearing my LTE to my PC but i want a more permanent way, how can i do this ? should i buy a USB GSM modem and connect it to a router ? or is there another way ? I get your point guys, thank you for your replies, but im still thinking about building there servers for rent, now my sites and e mails are located elsewere, the point in my tought is i want to build servers for rent and maybe time will come to move those sites over to those servers, they are basic sites, no shopping, just an information site. And is that a good idea and can you give me some tips ?

Hello guys ! Lately i got acces to a nice small office. We got much free space there and we can have a good internet connection. I tought about setting up one or two servers around there but i dont need such a good machines only for myself. Do you think it's a good idea to rent them for somebody ? Im not really into server stuff ( i mean setting them up ) im more of a hardware freak. You think thats a good idea ? How can i deal with my lack of server administration abilities ? You got some good tutorials or forums dedicated for such stuff ? Or maybe i can just go to sb sayin: "Yo i got a free machine do what ever you whant on it but pay me "this much" per month"? Im waitin for your replies.

I know i wont win couse i've benn on this forum once, but i just want to say that you inspired me to do a polish PC review YT channel and i want to start it in winter couse i need some prep to do that, also some equipment to review, and you know how hard beginnings are... I cant belive it.. all is working like nothing happend… ehhh… crap.. i lost a hell lot of time...

i swaped CPU ram and HDD and it worked !! i'm impressed now i'm getting old CPU there then old HDDs and at the end old ram.. will see what is goinng on

is there a thing that i can do to check if its not anything else ?

now i tried to trun the system again and i see that first led is flashing then all the fans are turning off and then second and third leds are turning on and all the fans

yeah i'm sure couse bios is not even booting. mouse and keybord are not powered on. i havent got any other HDD witch OS to try, but i dont think that HDD's are the problem… when my system was booting always there was a bios screen and it's not even showing now…. i was trying to clear the CMOS but no effects
