  1. Yeah it was my first time with plasti dip. What I noticed was the green dip didn't really show well on the black plastic of the bridge with only 2-3 coats. It required almost 5 to get it covered nicely. The black on the aluminium was perfect in 3-4.
  2. So seeing as how my GTX 970's from Asus didn't end up powering the LED for the SLI Bridge I decided it was a good idea to customize it for my rig. Plasti Dip Time. The EVGA SLI Bridge comes apart using 2 screws. Simple removal of the outer frame allows us to easily plasti dip these without needing to touch the connectors.
  3. Lol, I usually just pick it up and put it in the car, at most i'd remove the GPU's but other than that take my chances.
  4. Failed? He predicted the collapse of Society within 450years from now due to overwhelming population, no where did he predict the end of the world, more so the beginnings of aggressive population controls.
  5. Um, 3 Billion 50 years ago, with an expectation to double every 40 years. It was suggested that there would be 6.5 Billion people in 2014, which is pretty close since were at 7.2 Billion right now.
  6. Picked it up on release day. Amazing game and very likely the best game on the PS4 right now.
  7. Android Wear is the best thing for wearables since the pebble was launched. The Pebble is the more functional device right now from a simple user standpoint however that hasn't stopped me from selling mine and getting the Gear Live. I know that I'm basically signing on as an early adopter/beta tester for Wear but I'm all for it. The beauty of the device is that you can CHOOSE how mininal you want your experience to be. No one is forcing you to type out a response or do anything you don't want to on the watch. I'd rather see a simple notification on a full color screen than the e ink display so thats why I chose.
  8. The Apple TV is a great device if you are already on the iOS ecosystem. The Apple TV may be limited in its offerings through the device itself but the Airplay functionality makes its uses only limited by the apps available on your devices. If you Airplay content from a device it will stream directly to your TV audio and Video the only issue being that your home network will be the bottleneck when it comes to performance. If twitch is important to you, nothing is stoping you from streaming it from your iOS app to the Apple TV. The Chromecast is also a good device with its own set of limitations. Unlike the Apple TV the Chromecast does not stream content from your devices, rather the devices are used more so as a remote. Select the content you want on the device and the chromecast will pull it from the net. Because of that you are currently limited to the supported apps on the chromecast. Rdio,Real Player, Youtube, Netflix, etc... Eventually you will have alot more option available to you with a Chromecast due to it being on an open platform but people need to still develop for it. Lastly the Apple TV supports 2.4 and 5Ghz bands whereas the Chromecast only supports 2.4, so that may be a factor in your home. I know it is in mine. (i have both btw).
  9. Favorite thing has to be the boomsound speakers.
  10. Been putting a lot of time into Final Fantasy XIV ARR. ESO if you're into the Elder Scrolls type gameplay.
  11. I'm excited, wish there was more info on its eventual release however. Destiny is the other big console title I'm looking forward to.
  12. buy Playstation Plus and get free games every month for a year. Makes that PS3 purchase a little more worthwhile when Last of Us is over.
