LOL, but no one is driving driverless cars. That is why it is driverless.

I believe technology is operating the vehicle so what happens now. Parents can insure it.

Will kids be able to use driverless cars like they can ride bike (on roads in Australia). They won't need any skill (apart from using the navigation system) to use a driverless car.
