After switching the Mobo the computer continued to shut down the same way. It turns out the problem was my PSU and probably also my Windows install. After installing the new PSU and refreshing Windows the computer is back to normal now. I hope this helps someone having the same issues someday and thanks again to everyone who responded!

After doing more research I have made the decision to switch motherboards and scrap the ASUS, thanks for the help I appreciate it.

Ok well it booted up fine with both HD's connected, then crashed after a minute and is hanging at the 00 code without restarting

Well after following the steps it seems to work fine until I plug in the ssd, now even without it it reverts to restarting again and again with the 00 code

ASUS X99-A USB 3.1 5820K w/ H110i cooling EVGA Gtx 970 ftw+ EVGA 850 P2 SuperNova Corsair Dom Plat DDR4 3000 WIn 8.1 64bit Samsung 850 Evo 250 WD 4tb This is my first build, I have updated Win and my bios and my graphics card and it still does this. It ran fine for 6 months then after a BO3 game ended or sometimes when I switched windows in my chrome browser it started to crash and try to restart over and over again. After it boots correctly the upon startup, it will crash then restart with a quick flash and then die and try to restart over and over with a "00" code on the mobo. I can get to the bios sometimes but it just crashes and tries to restart again no matter what I'm doing. Thanks
