  1. I currently have an msi bazooka v2 https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450M-BAZOOKA-V2/Specification
  2. Well for me the point is that if i have to get a new board anyways i might aswell get a board that can support 4th gen whenever i want a cpu upgrade.
  3. Hi there, I am looking to upgrade my motherboard to either a b550 or x570 board becuase my current one will go into another pc. I am running a r5 3600 and a 2070s. Are there any benefits that would be noticable if i get an x570 board over a b550? Budget is around €200. Was considering these boards: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING or GIGABYTE AORUS X570 AORUS ELITE. Thanks in advance
  4. Hi there, I currently own an asus rog strix 2070 super paired with a 2600x. Im looking to upgrade my cpu, because its limiting my gpu in a lot of games (playing at 1080p 165hz). I was personally thinking about getting a r5 3600 with a dark rock 4 cooler. Would this be a good cpu to pair to my gpu or do you guys have any other suggestions?
  5. Maybe a better choice if i get a 3700x with a proper aftermarket cooler.
  6. Manly gaming and some 3D apps. Main choice for this would be to get a cpu that can last me a long time.
  7. Hi, I currently own a msi bazooka v2 motherboard, i'm currently running a 2600x with a 2070 super. I'm looking for an upgrade for my cpu to unleash the full potential of my gpu whilst also choosing a cpu that will last me a long time in terms of performance. I was personally thinking of buying a 3900x. My question would be if my motherboard can handle such cpu or if an upgrade is necessary. Or maybe you guys have better suggestions cpu wise. Thanks in advance
  8. @STRMfrmXMNSrry if i was annoying you, but this pc is important for me and costed me a l ot of money. It's the first time i upgrade something, and i cannot afford it to fail or die. That's why i am so cautious. But thanks for your patience tho
  9. @STRMfrmXMNPutting my pc in powersaving modes reduces the Voltage on the cpu i guess? So if i put it in that mode, i will have more room for error?
  10. @STRMfrmXMNI will go for the 1050, but i will unplugg my dvd/cd writer and lower the clock speed on my cpu, just to be safe. If my psu cant handle it, it will just shut down?
  11. @STRMfrmXMNSo i found a graph on this site:http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/core-i7-4790-processor-review,11.html Wich tells that the 4790 uses 107W under load, so the 1050 uses 75W, so that is 182W, this is well under the 280W, so i have a lot of room for error?
  12. @STRMfrmXMNSo that's just how much it uses on average or what? Or is it the maximum consumption?
