  1. I wanted to stay away from their garbage APP Center Oh well, guess I'll give it a second chance
  2. Thanks. I've plugged two of my fans on SYS_FAN1 through a splitter and the other one on SYS_FAN2. I tried managing the speed through the BIOS but oddly it only gives me four choices (low, normal, high, full speed). The manual setting basically just allows me to choose again from those four settings. I tried using Speedfan 4.52 to manually change the RPM but it seems like my mobo (GA-170X-UD3, or any LGA 1151 for that matter) isn't supported.
  3. Okay so for some reason, my P360 kit is annoying as hell. I don't know why but the fans' RPM keeps changing speed over and over again. They are very loud at some point and I didn't spent a grand to listen to them. It's a bit random. Sometimes it happens when Windows is loading, sometimes when I install a game or in a game's menu. My thermals are great, idle at 30C (with a block on my 1080), fans would be quiet, I'd open Chrome and for 5 seconds the fans would spin like a madman, it's so loud my neighbors next door called the police My D5 pump is connected to the CPU_FAN on my Z170X-UD3, two of the fans are connected to CPU_OPT through a splitter and the other fan is connected to another fan header on the mobo. In the BIOS, everything is set on normal speed, I have no idea why it varies so much. Help, I can't sleep anymore. I want this damn thing to be quiet.
  4. I managed to get the three fans up and running but the system is on the loud side now. As for water flow, it's hard to tell but it should. My GTX 1080 is at 30C right now.
  5. I opened my case to take some pictures and realised that only one out of my three 120mm fans is working. Going to look into that.
  6. I just realised that my pump is plugged into CPU_FAN and a Molex adapter going to the PSU. Is this bad?
  7. Both the pump/reservoir and the radiator are tightly mounted and aren't touching anything. No, the pump is plugged into CPU_FAN. The entire unit is mounted directly on the bottom of my Corsair 780T, everything is tight and secure. Well damn. I don't know what any of that means It's a brand new kit, a failing part sure would suck.
  8. It started to happen almost as soon as I installed the kit. It happens sometimes when I boot Windows, start a game or alt-tab it, or just when playing a game like Black OPS III Zombies. It sure ain't normal and it sure is annoying. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.. PS I added a waterblock for my GTX 1080.
  9. Thanks. I haven't been folding since 2012. If I remember correctly, with the old client I had to enter a command line to 'activate' advanced units. Cheers.
  10. Hello everyone, my name is Seb and I just joined LTT folding team. I try to run f@h on my GTX 1080 most of the time if possible. Quick question, is there a way to turn on advanced WUs on the v7 client?
  11. Wait, FW updates? I haven't done any.
  12. Thanks I'm going to check this out!
