Yeah it is a new system however it's my HDD from my previous PC, could that be it? And yep all of te drivers up to date

Hey guys, I just built a new PC with high spec components, yet the computer is very laggy and slow when it comes to gaming or running anything. That requires more power than MS paint. I just built a new computer with 6700k gtx1080 asus z170 gaming pro 16gb hyper X black i don't know what is happening I just baught the Gtx 1070 and put it in the build but the drivers won't download I have tryed 32 and 64 bit versions but they still don't work.i have tryed it on two different mb's please help
