Add a gram stain and agar cultures too

How about an anti-microbial treatment for the liquid used in the cooler? Will that prevent build up of biological factors?

@TopHatProductions115 probably not. as soon as it's gunky like that organisms have enough "substrate" to grow on. Biofilms are a big problem in medicine where even high dose antibiotics cant remove infection on a prosthesis.

Microorganisms especially bacteria are quick to adapt and be resistant especially with antimicrobial substances whose mechanism of action is similar to antibiotics like Triclosan which is a popular in soaps and shampoos. 

Gotta hit it with some UV and other radiation every so often :3
