Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

This may be a stupid question. I want to repalce the fan on my cpu cooler with a blue led fan but I cannot find the bracket to mount the fan to the cooler. What do I need to look for?

I actually tried it just in case. Still nothing.

Does the graphics card work with the following build? Reason why I ask, I just built this PC and it will not boot up when the graphics card is in but it starts when I take it out so its either bad or it doesnt work with this build. I added just in case if I needed it. I know it is rare that I find that I need a optical drive but I want it just in case. I was going to go with a white case /blue LED scheme
