    Hello, my loyalty to windows has nudged me to ask the Linus forums… haha. please can someone suggest a few best new gen laptops that would rival the m1 chip in the MacBook Air… I would like a productivity laptop that can handle basic photoshop, indesign, visual studio… the reason I ask is that the gravity pull I’m getting towards the MacBook Air is due to the battery duration and the processing power… surely there’s a windows rival. An undisputed flagship product a popular manufacturer. would it be too much to ask to run Dota 2 haha? thanks to all of you! regards.

    I get confused on the strong focus of "made with" recycled materials by apple. It´s great leap and I believe them. But there´s something fishy about it. The M1 surely is a good thing with less components? - I was thinking Governments could reduce taxes towards companies on the continued sale of a flagship product that hasn´t had an upgrade after 12months or that has a certain percentage of recycled materiel and cleaner shipping costs. 2 to 5% would be huge. - Or we could force them to only do upgrades when it´s actually "necessary" (by showing no interest). I mean the iPhone 7/8/X/12 could have not been released and the average person would have not really noticed a difference. Similar to the iPad 2020, which I bought and now I find myself raging with the integration of the M1... (And I am certain that they planned that 2/3 years ago) Adobe could have a field day with development for the M1 but 80% will still have a ABionic whatever chip... so hands tied until they phase out the A chips. Soon it will ALL be subscriptions and we´ll just have a sheet of fancy glass (like an iPad) with light speed access to gpu´s and data centre etc...

    Linus, you’re denouement for the local shops is honourable. Well done. Proud! Haha. Scuba instructor here waiting for a 3080, cause I was clever enough with the support of your channel to ignore the 20 series... and now gpu not being a priority or even available until further notice haha... I guess I’ll suck it up and not wait for the 3080 for RDR 2, and just start the game now on the 1080... it was gonna be guilty pleasure for me RDR2 on my new card. (Your video said not to comment on YouTube... better here) so will I miss out much on red dead 2 on a 1080 vs a 3080? Haha... I got everything during 1st lockdown... the 3900x, x560, CLAS 16, M.2... no gpu update in yeaaars....

    I’d say around 20/22 in the room. And the motherboard in the enclosure with a thermometer laser says around 37.

    Hello Can someone please advise, what a healthy temp is for the 3900x? I have a itx x570 gigabyte. (sharkoon qb one) I have a u9s noctua push pull in a sharkoon. My temps whilst normal browsing are around 40 but it always does a routine peak every 5/10 sec to approx 10degres (celcius) higher, and slowly returns to 40. Sometimes its 36 and will peak to 45/50degres. Are these normal temperatures? and will this cpu last me a good amount of time? When I "heavyload" (software for stress testing) cpu only it did in 1 minute 80 then for the next 4 minutes stayed around 85 Are these good ? Would an AIO change much? Are they really designed to stay this hot for like 4/6 hours straight? Kind regards, Thanks

    Hi I was wondering if you guys could suggest in the UK a company that can make custom cables but I’ve tried the ones that people will naturally suggest they don’t offer 10 to 15 cm and my second question is does this make any changes to the actual power in and output? Basically with it from my motherboard? I have an SF 600 psu. As you can see on photo. I need so little not 30cm. thank you.

    I have rgb slim fans to mount that I’d like as exhaust on the top panel eliminating 100mm of clearance. its all done now though... just finished assembling. I’m using vengeance rgb pro 3600. bought all on amazon (UK) thx

    Hi, x570 aorus itx 3900x 3600mgh 32gb vengeance gtx 1080 CASE SHARKOON QB ONE... please can someone with background and actual “seen it”... could someone recommend a lower than 130/140mm height cpu cooler... air... please... i use premiere and games... thaaaaaaaanks!

    Hello, do the SPD Latencies get negative change with a mild overClock to reach 3600 from a 3200 dual channel ram ddr4 kit? basically I want to know if the 30£ savings are worth it with and actually a better set up? Corsair 163301 Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz C16 XMP 2.0 High Performance Desktop Memory Kit... SPD Latency: 16-18-18-36 VS 18-22-22-42 Latencies With the already set to 3600 MHz corsair RGB pair of ram.... or is this a stupid af question... and I just get one or the other and same sh%t...? this is to be paired with a 3900X and my old 1080 strix... (GPU is next upgrade). I’m a 1080/1440 gamer that I send to a Q9 Samsung tv (and Dota ? on desktop obvs) and a bit of premiere pro (hopefully now that I’m on the amd bandwagon and I can afford more cores....) does this make sense? thanks. also, if by chance the Anthony (the guy that seems to like amd and overclocking...) (the big guy...) reads this!!! You’re the best. You’re second in my favourite presenters on LTT you speak really well and it’s a tone of voice that encourages paying attention to! Ha.

    Yep, I know. I think “be quiet” have a better version than the noctua with these positions of radiators.     I viewed the Liam li ones for ages... it’s was in top three for me. But then, it’s quite bigger. With 20,3 x 37,5 x 31,2 cm vs 38 x 22.5 x 18. i also prefer the sfx psu to be where the sharkoon place it.
