  1. Ok so i put his graphics card in my computer and turns out it runs just the same. Think I might need to reset my hard drive or maybe a new one... maybe an ssd
  2. We both have 64bit and DVI-D to the monitor. He has 1440x900, I have 1600x900.
  3. I have a gtx 670 and a core2 duo which I know is a bottleneck but I only get ~20fps in most games. My brother also has a core2 duo but he has an old gts 450 and gets 80+fps Please help me
  4. Don't really have a set budget but I suppose I could go for skylake although I did find a reasonably priced i5 4590. Also is this the reason I am getting low frames or is my graphics card faulty?
  5. So at the moment I have an extreme bottleneck... I'm running a core 2 duo with a gtx 670 oc. Not sure if this is why I'm getting ~20fps most games but I think it might be. Would really like a recommended budget CPU, for mostly gaming like battlefield 4, cs:go and other AAA titles. Preferably not skylake as they are expensive. Don't care what socket as I'm buying a motherboard as well and should I upgrade my 4gb of ddr3? Will buy ddr4 if need be.
