  1. Hey there fellow people of the internet. I have had a problem plaguing me for the past 6 to 8 hours. Every time I power on my computer it boots up normally with the motherboards brand logo appearing and a little loading circle, then after that all hell breaks loose and I loose my sanity more and more I go through this process. After the logo goes away the monitor turns off then turns on again and all that's there is a black screen with the cursor sitting there taunting me. I have read 8 different articles telling me to Log in to my computer blindly or enter safe mode or unplug everything, hell I even tried taking out the computer plug and trying to strangle myself out of frustration and nothing happening. Even my dad said, "Have you tried turning it off and on again?" I also tried booting into the bios as it was starting up which surprisingly worked but it didn't solve anything which only furthered my frustration. I have had windows 10 crash on me a lot ever since I got back from an 11 day long trip. So I would appreciate any sort of help and advice any of you happen to give. My computer has Ultra Durable Gigabyte motherboard GA-B85M-DS3H A micro ATX board An Intel i5 Haswell 4460K 550W EVGA Gold Rated Power Supply 12 GB of Ballistix ram A GT 740 SC factory Overclock and a 1TB Blue Western Digital HDD Side-note: I never planned to game with this hunk crap I only planned to use it for school work and with School starting soon I'd rather have my PC fixed or even a new one if I had to. SO In the end I would appreciate any help I do suspect it's a GPU problem since the one I have had been used a lot by my brother for video games (dunno what he was thinking) OR if not the GPU I suspect a problem with windows 10 itself because I have heard of this happening to other people.
