Does the ocerclocking ratio depends on the type of the motherboard or it's the same thing for every Z170 motherboard?

Yeah, I'm not just using it for gaming that's why i went with i7 6700k i will be doing video editing, streaming, 3D art and more

I can always add something better for a little bit of money but i can't do that because where i live adding 9$ makes it 20$ for me, this comes around 1,600$ which is A LOT so i can't add anything else, Yes i did cheap out on the motherboard because i didn't want to cheap out more on the GPU the only reason i went with 1060 because it's 550$ and more here, Hell in USA with 1,600$ u can fit a 1080 and more

Noctua NH-U12s, - NH-U14S or NH-D15 - NH D14 Out of these 4 coolers they kinda look similar which one do you think is the best for me? i did check them out they all have good reviews

I will avoid Liquid cooling, Any other good air cooler other than Noctua NH-D15 ?

I need a good CPU cooler to overclock my i5 6600k i will push the bastard to its absolute limit, But i will need a good one because where i live is very very hot i mean i'm on fire right now yeah so my last CPU got fucked up burned to death i don't want the same thing for this one!
