Greetings experts!
My old 2nd monitor died so I need to replace it and I'm upgrading to a NVIDIA 1080 setup on my gaming PC. I currently have a ASUS 1080p 1ms 144Hz gaming monitor and really like it.
However, In terms of long term quality I'm reading about nightmarish levels of issues for the 1440p displays... both the Acer XB270HU Abprz and the ASUS ROG PG278Q. Any idea if in 2016 these quality issues have been resolved or there is a solidified "goto" display in this realm?
My search criteria have been:
1) 27"
2) 1440p
3) 144Hz
4) 1ms response time
5) GSYNC.
