  1. I've checked for firmware updates, on the latest firmware right now. Also did a factory reset a few days ago and the problem is still here. This problem hasn't been around for that long, maybe 2 months give or take. And we've had the router for about 7 months.
  2. I've noticed that my router has been slowing down the internet speeds. We pay for 250/100, the thing is sometimes when I go to check the speed it's around 6-10mbps but if I restart the router it goes back to normal. Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
  3. I think your first guess might be correct, there is fibre going in to our building but the last part up to each of our apartments is copper
  4. I think that the converter you guys were talking about is located in the basement of our apartment building, I've had a technician come here before once when we had some issues and he said he needed to go down to the basement and check on something
  5. Want to start of with saying sorry for a late response and that I'm using a borrowed router from a local store, Yes an Archer C7. They took my asus in to check it out and see if there are any faults with it. Don't have a separate modem and router only one router that I hook up to an ethernet outlet in the wall (Standard here in Sweden). When I first got the Archer it was having the same problems as my asus but after 2 days? It stopped and has been functioning like normal. I think that whatever problem was there might be gone now. I should be getting a call soon from the store to pick up my asus router so hopefully everything will stay like it is now. Like you said if the problem persists I will escalate the matter.
  6. They haven't said anything about what I should use I doubt the guys im talking to even know what im talking about. Only giving me generic responses of "Power off the router" and "Factory restore it" https://gyazo.com/57cfbb4425ecba6d68059054bd06eb65 are these what you asked for?
  7. Called them up today but they said there was nothing they could do. Any recommendations?
  8. No since their technical support is closed over christmas but I will definitely call them.
  9. Okay so I have no idea what to do anymore. The problems started a day ago and it consists of me getting disconnected from the internet then I'll go in to the default gateway in to my router and check what it's saying. I then get this message "Your ISP's DHCP does not function properly" I've tried changing the DHCP query frequency from aggressive to normal but no to no avail. I have also tried to power cycle the router and also a hard reset. This problem comes back every hour or 30 minutes. What should I do?
  10. Haven't tried to rotate them, but my k70 does not feature a usb port
  11. "via usb to the keyboard" what? they are connected to the 3.5mm jack on my pc dont know what your talking about
  12. So as the title states there is a faint buzzing sound that I can hear sometimes when no music or sounds are playing (I'm using a Qpad QH-90). The strange thing is, the buzzing sound stops when I touch the metal part of my keyboard (Corsar k70). Does anyone know what causes this and if it can be fixed?
  13. Yes I know HOW to setup a custom resolution with my nvidia control panel but I was more looking for help in making "black borders" to the right side and still have a somewhat decent resolution
  14. You can move it, you don't need a crt for that I remember doing it awhile back on an old lcd monitor
  15. okay I've got a bit of a problem. I was wondering if it would be possible to create a custom resolution for my monitor (1920x1080 this is my current resolution). I want to create a resolution that avoids the right side of my monitor where the broken area is so I wont be bothered by the broken screen (if that makes sense). Would this be possible?
