I currently own the Logitech G933 Artemis Spectrum. They sound good (I think?) and Im happy with the positional/directional audio which is VERY important to me since I mostly play FPS. The Logitech have been having some issue were the audio cuts of for a few seconds in-game (like they re-connect) and also the left side has some issue where the power button affects some of the speakers on the left side ... you have to play with the power on/off switch or else some of the speakers dont seem to turn on or output audio, very strange.
I was thinking of buying something else. Like I said this is mostly for gaming and situational awareness is VERY important to me. I dont have a dedicated sound card, my MoBo is a ASUS ROG Maximus X Formula. Would a dedicated sound card help it a all? Do I need an AMP? (Never owned one, but I see people recommending them)
I have read most people say to buy non-gaming headphones. Is that correct? I dont mind spending some money if whatever I buy is worth it, but I dont want to buy something really expensive that for example I will only see the real benefit if I use it to listen to music.
I have read some people recommending these ,,,

Are those good in my case?
Any other recommendations/input will be appreciated. Thanks.
