  1. I'm gonna be 100% honest i have no idea what that means. Do adapters like that exist or nah?
  2. The problem is the thinkcentre e73 is prebuilt it has a weird size psu and i probably can't replace it without replacing the case
  3. So i'd be limited to Cards with a six pin connector, because i'm definite my PSU wont power it
  4. So because I'm a cheap shit and can't really be bothered with building a pc, i bought a cheap Lenovo E73 10as PC from ebay planning to stick a GPU in it and upgrade the i3-4130 at a later date, but i realised that the 280w psu barely runs the PC itself. I'm looking at sticking a 1050ti or that level of GPU in it, so i'm wondering if theres any psus where i wont have to stick a paperclip in the motherboard cable to get them to run a six pin connector?
  5. So basically I'm looking for advice on where to get a laptop with like 1GB of ram to use as a kali machine for under £15, but everywhere I can think of checking in the uk seems like a lot of effort.
  6. 1) I'm 15, there is no need for people on the Internet to know what genitals I have 2) I identify as a girl, but wasn't born with a body perceived that way, hence transgirl 3) I can be Romantically attracted to anyone, but I don't feel sexual attraction On the note about "confusing slang", Plenty of people have the inclination to
  7. How do you mean? Have I got the phrasing wrong? I meant asexual Panromantic as attraction, and transgirl as gender if that clears anything up
  8. This is gonna sound stupid as hell , but what's the difference between haswell and skylake?
  9. I'm a Panromantic , Asexual transgirl! I'm not fully out as trans but i will be by summer next year
  10. 1. Budget & Location Budget is roughly 600 GBP, can go a bit higher or lower if necessary. I'm also not building it until Feb 2017 so that might need to be taken into the equation 2. Aim I'm looking to build a VR ready PC, I've already got a good idea of what i'd like i just need some advice on peripherals and other little things, or ways it could be stronger. I don't plan to actually run an enthusiast grade VR headset in it for like a year or so, but I've based it around Vive specs so it would be capable when it comes to it. I'm also looking for more of a minimalist/Pastel coloured build, but it's a pretty uncommon aesthetic to my knowledge so it doesn't play in too much 3. Monitors One monitor, currently undecided but probably just a 32" 1080p TV 4. Peripherals Keyboard and mouse yes , I'll also need a copy of windows but a friend of mine ahs one sitting around so its doesn't come into the budget 5. Why are you upgrading? I need my own personal pc, and currently the one i'm using is archaic, so I'd rather leave it for my families use Currently the specs I'm looking at are http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/48j7wV , but that doesn't include any peripherals
  11. When we set his up in my pc we used his psu instead of mine but would a 730 draw anymore than the card I have atm?
  12. I need to update my gpu ( ASUS EAH5450 512mb) to run Gone Home, and I was looking at a really cheap card like a gtx 710 2gb or 730 2gb. But my friend's tried to run a 750 ti on my motherboard to troubleshoot his system and we couldn't get it to post. Will either of the GPUs I'm looking at actually work with an h-ig41-uatx motherboard or not?
