Asus X99 deluxe ii, no, how do I choose to boot into the win10 usb without access to the bios? And cpu is 5820k so no problem with cpu compatibility.

Whenever I power on the system get no signal in my monitor and the q code led is showing A2(ide detect). I know it's somthing to do with the boot drive/boot sequence. I have a new 850 evo ssd connected to the motherboard and a win10 usb in the rear io. If I try to power the system with just the usb it shows code 99(super io intialization) and when I connect only the ssd its A2 again. Nothing connected its-99. I don't know what to do, can someone please help me?

Thank you so much! I was starting to panic that my watercooling dreams were gone.

I was planning to watercool my 1080 but when I went to remove the backplate I saw a "warranty void if remove sticker" on the backplate. Now I am 99% sure that it's covering one of the screws. So I am asking if maybe it's not and if it is, is there a way to remove the cooler without voiding the warranty?

I want to overclock my gpu and cpu, I already decided on using aida64 for cpu stress testing but for gpu I haven't decided yet. I am considering getting the 3dmark advanced and unigine heaven 4.0(maybe advanced for looping benchmark automatically) and the rise of the tomb raider benchmark since I own that game. If someone could tell me a good plan/routine for testing stable overclocks I would thank them a lot.

6400 is not worth it because the 6500 isn't that more expensive than it.But to decide between the remaining two i need you to tell me what is your friend's budget?

Budget-450$ usage-mostly gaming but I am starting to learn programming and I plan to do it on this computer. If you mean usb ports than nothing special just mouse,keyboard,printer and a headphone dac. In terms of storage i plan to start with two sata ssds and get in the future an nvme sad when the new generation will come out, maybe the 960 evo/pro. And I have a 5820k.
