I can probably cut the writer and then get a cheaper tower and use the money to get an aio, suggestions?

The 3D products I'm using are 3ds max, some Maya, zbrush, and unreal 4 (maybe some other 3D studio products) . Can I do better here? My budget was 2k but if I wanted a I know I need to shell out. Under 3k would be nice and I just need some feedback since I've never done anything like this before. I included sli gpu, but maybe you guys have better suggestions. Please and thank you.
