  1. Yeah I agree with you. I've already sent out a mail to Gainward... which was a pain in the arse. I definitely won't buy from them again. I've also put up a listing on Ebay for it just to see how much people are willing to pay for a broken 970. I'll just give some more ideas a shot tomorrow. Maybe there'll be some new suggestions. And try it out using the adapter. And if it all doesn't work I'll start looking for a new card. Thank you for your help
  2. Oh damn I didn't even think about that. So my last bit of hope might be a lie. I guess it's worth a shot. And if not, well having a mini display port to hdmi adapter might come in handy in my life at some point.
  3. I have a rather old motherboard and it doesn't have dvi nor hdmi. So I haven't been able to try that out. But when I put in my old GTX 285 in it's working just fine. That's what I'll be using for now
  4. I haven't tried those yet. My card only has display ports and a mini HDMI port besides from the dvi. If I want to try that I'll have to get a converter first. But it'll definitely be worth a shot I think. I've seen some cheap ones for around 4$. I've put one on order. Will send out an update as soon as it has arrived
  5. I've just tried both your ideas but with no luck. Thank you for your reply anyways
  6. So after a day of regular computer usage I woke up and tried booting up my PC. Just to be surprised with a black screen. I can hear the sound of windows booting up, so there is sound date being transferred through the DVI cable I use. But there's no video output for some reason? Does this mean my GPU is dead or is this a common issue that can be resolved, or should I bake it? Please help me guys. I'm losing hope :(
  7. I have a gtx960 that can't hit 60fps on 1440p with most games ): I want that pc master race experience
