try and get the best card for your money. that's all I can say. I think the 1060ti has the better performance of the 2. Not sure how much an over clocked version will do for you. watch some internet vids from all around so you're best informed.

I think i'm buying 2x8gb
Here, in méxico at least, it's cheaper that way
Then i may have the oportunity to upgrade to 32gb in the future
I need ram for video editing and virtualization (Nothing fancy)

Buy it as a stop gap for Vega or Big Pascal. 
 
You could probably resell it at the same price or slightly lower couple of months later. 

OC the Fury and you'll get very near 1070 performance or in some cases equal performance
