Definitely the Nexus 7 (2013). I've had mine for a looooong time. And I can tell you, I couldn't stay away from it. Also for that price, you won't get any good other tablet, with it's Google 4.4 Kitkat and Android L (if you flash it) there is nothing better than that, no bloatware,... just android. Really fast, handles every app and games perfect. Screen is just perfect, and the 7inch tablet feels light and durable. But you should get a bag (on Google Play Store they offer good cases and bags + instant delivery) Here the buy links: Case:: https://play.google.com/store/devices/details?id=nexus_7_folio_bumper_black Sleeve: https://play.google.com/store/devices/details?id=nexus_7_sleeve_gray_2013 I'm planning on buying the sleeve, helpful for school But the G Pad is also good. The one they recommended earlier. My dad uses it -Techrodd

LG G3 Review and.... TWENTY-FIVE Phone Giveaway?!
DenJento replied to LinusTech's topic in LTT Releases
My favorite thing is all the customization it has, the ones you were talking about in the video around 4 minutes 21 seconds. I'm a big fan of customization, even my Nexus 7 doesn't have some functions the LG G3 does has. But I'm also very interested in the screen and the back buttons! -
How much do you care about the sound level of your pc?
DenJento replied to Mao_Zedong's topic in Cooling
Silent enough so I can go to sleep. -
I'd rather save up 200 dollars to buy the iMac from 1299$, you'll get twice the better stuff. In manner of speaking of course, I ain't an Apple fan. But still for that price, seems suitable for students.

This is just beyond my imagination. Ubisoft did this. If you have seen the demo of Watch Dogs from E3 2012 and 2013, you know that the retail version of the game does NOT look like the demo at all. (aka Ubisoft style). If not, here's the link about the video: But that's old news. Here's the big news: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=838538 On the forum of Neogaf, the author of this threat found the ORIGINAL graphical effects in the game files of the PC version of Watch_Dogs. The files that were unpacked contained these different things: Bokeh DOF, light effects, Bloom, headlight shadows, etc... The comments shown on this thread indicate that this is because of ONE reason. To minimize the gap between PS4 and PC. Is this Ubisoft's doing... or is it Sony's doing? Might be a big question. Since the game has been promoted so much, PS4's Watch Dogs would not gain much anticipation if the PC version was as just as they saw in the E3 demo. Well..., this is just my reasoning. I'm not entirely sure about this all. What do you guys think about this? Attachment picture: http://abload.de/img/watch_dogs_2014_06_1425uii.png

I got my PC for a year now and still haven't upgraded to more storage. The horror haha! At the moment I'm running a Seagate 2TB ST2000DM001 green hard drive in Raid 1 I believe (not sure though, I don't know anything about this raid stuff, my dad does). It's kinda slow, but still performs well and is very quiet. I needed a large hard drive because I have a lot of games, programs and recorded videos for my video-editing projects. I only got 100GB of space left and I haven't spoken about my laptop where my backup is at. Anyway, I shared the giveaway for an extra entry: Facebook share from (Jento Pieters): https://www.facebook.com/JentoPieters/posts/671629519513867 Twitter share (@DenJento): https://twitter.com/DenJento/statuses/377787512552308736 Community Site share with (Techrodd): http://www.ageofgaming.net/forumdisplay.php?15-General-Discussion (the post isn't approved yet, but it'll be in this discussion, you'll find it directly) Btw, you forgot to say people need to make their Facebook posts public, otherwise you won't be able to verify the post. Good luck to you all!

An interesting topic I found on hothardware.com: Samsung just dropped us a note to let us know it's begun mass producing what it claims is the world's fastest embedded memory in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB densities for next-generation smartphone and tablet devices. The company's eMMC PRO memory features an interface speed of 400MB/s, which will lead to faster multi-tasking, web browsing, application downloads, file transfers, video capture and playback, application loading, and more. "With timely mass production of our ultra-fast eMMC PRO line-up offering a more than 10X performance increase over external memory cards, Samsung will accelerate the spread of high-end mobile devices as the market for devices with larger screens and more multimedia functionality expands even further," said KyongMoo Mang, vice president of memory marketing. "We will continue to provide advanced mobile memory solutions that allow users to enjoy high definition, large-volume content seamlessly, as we also strengthen technological cooperation with mobile devices manufacturers." The mass produced chips are being built on Samsung's 10nm-class NAND flash technology and support the eMMC version 5.0 standard that's nearing completion at JEDEC. In 32GB and 64GB densities, Samsung rates random read and write speeds at 7,000 IOPS. The chips also read data sequentially at up to 250MB/s and write sequentially at up to 90MB/s. ** CLOSED ** HTC Forum Giveaway - A Chance to Win 1 of 4 HTC Phones!
DenJento replied to LinusTech's topic in LTT Releases
Indeed, you are the coolest Linus! B) I shared it on twitter ;) Good luck to everyone! https://twitter.com/DenJento/status/340524892183212032 -
Thanks for all the answers, and I tried them all. Nothing helped :/ I'm pretty sure it's not the software, because when I start my PC, the led from the X is still not lit, even when I'm in the BIOS. Or when I start in safe mode, the same thing. So software is not the problem, it's probably a wire in the keyboard that got lose? Idk.. I pulled the X key off the keyboard to check if the led is loose or showing any difference to the others. Nothing :( So I guess the only solution is to send it back, or just live with it. Thanks everyone!

So since there's no additional subforum for keyboards and mice, I'll just place my problem here. I know there are some other forums out there that provide quick answers and I'm placing this problem on other forums as well. And Linus prefers the K90 over other keyboard so I've heard. The problem lies with either the keyboard or the software. The "X" key (it's an AZERTY keyboard, i'm from Belgium) is not lit anymore. It's still working perfectly even though it's not lit. For some reason the key is lit for a moment when I start up my PC (when I log in it goes off). So I believe it's a software problem, so I got to re-install the software. But the question is how do I do that without losing my settings? And do I have to uninstall the program AND the driver? Or only the program? Anyway, I hope you guys can find a solution for this. Because I bought the keyboard like a week ago? Thanks to Linus I bought it, with his great review and inspired words :) Cheers.
