  1. I went with Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super OC, the one with 3 fans..i have a max 75c while gaming while I didn't go with evolv shift my h200i has a pretty tight fit with my graphics card. I'd consider my temps acceptable for its si
  2. here's an update, not using CPUz and CAM in background made a huge drop.
  3. My pump is wired in the cpu fan header and the radiator fans are connected to NZXT smart device.. I did close everything on background including CPUz, CAM and temps are down to 38c, but voltage is still in 1.4v. Not sure if nVidia geforce xp and control panel has a effect here. ftr, I haven't applied any overclocks yet, this is all outside the box configs. Will give this a try later.
  4. Yep, its just the idle, load temps doesn't go beyond 65c. Thanks
  5. I don't think this is what the idle should be, I'm cooling this with a 240mm AIO (Kraken x52). see attached..
  6. I have a LG 34UC79-G (144hz 2560x1080) I already activated G-Sync on nVidia Control Panel and Freesync on display OSD.. the problem is on game menu's specifically (Overwatch and RainbowSix Siege) the display flickers on/off..this happens only on menu's with fixed 60fps (unsure about that fixed 60). Can anybody help me setting up CRU?I read somewhere that it'l help this issue. THanks
  7. I've been waiting long enough, and I don't think I can wait for custom cards, blower cards doesn't make sense to me.
  8. Hello fellas, Im building a new rig, and confused what card to get for this monitor https://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-34UC79G-B-ultrawide-monitor Is it still worthy getting a 2070 non Super? or should I go with the 2070 super instead. Also, I read somewhere that Nvidia can support freesync? PS: I don't I can wait any longer for rx 5700xt custom cards. Thanks
  9. I will soon get a RX 5700XT inside a Phanteks Evolv Shift.. Should I go with the blower style or wait for AIB cards?
  10. Hi, I'm on the market building a new gaming/web-dev PC. I really like the price to performance by the new AMD graphics and processors. priority is the footprint I want it to be small and sit on my desk. my current dilemma is should I go with the blower style or wait for the AIBs. would be great| to hear some inputs from you guys about this build. appreciate your inputs ? https://pcpartpicker.com/list/YXnnWD CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor CPU Cooler: NZXT - Kraken M22 Liquid CPU Cooler Motherboard: Asus - ROG Strix B450-I Gaming Mini ITX AM4 Motherboard Memory: G.Skill - Trident Z RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory Storage: Samsung - 970 Evo 250 GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive Video Card: XFX - Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB Video Card Case: Phanteks - ENTHOO EVOLV SHIFT Mini ITX Tower Case Power Supply: Corsair - SF 450 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular SFX Power Supply Monitor: LG - 34UC79G-B 34.0" 2560x1080 144 Hz Monitor Total: $1689.66 PS: I have the motherboard on the way, the rest will be purchased once I have the board on hand.

  12. I'm planning a budget build for my fiance, her only game is Overwatch. My plan was to build a ITX system for her for her to easily carry around. CPU: Ryzen 5 2400G Motherboard: AsRock AB350 ITX RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Case: InWin Chopin (built in 150w PSU) SSD: WD Blue m.2 250gb Im pretty sure it can overwatch at a decent framerate at 1080p but she has a 2560x1080 (ultrawide) panel. what are guys thought on this?any suggestions?
