  1. tl;dr: I need advice finding stores physical stock in USA and which to check for It, trying to buy a 6800 or maybe 3070 in the upcoming month(s). Budget (including currency): USD$625 Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming (1080p for now) Hello there, I live down south, and when I say the edge of the world it's because I live so down south that Melbourne would be more than 1k miles (1700km) north of me, meanwhile the distance to the antarctic base is about 750miles (1200km) southeast from here. So where do I live? Punta Arenas, you can google It if you wanna know a bit about here, anyways, my problem is as follows, because this place is so isolated, as in the used market is too small (almost nonexistent), and the new stuff hardly gets here(country), and when it does its overpriced as hell. So I would have to get them from a store in another city, and then get things shipped here, which is kind of difficult because to get here on land from the other regions of the country, you have to travel through the neighboring country, so shipping cost/takes quite a bit specially with big boxes, fortunately my brother knows someone who travels as a flight attendant, which gives me the opportunity to have him go to a store in USA and buy me a GPU to then, when he gets back to the country, ship it to my city, problems are: how to know what stores would have stock? which are usually the best stores? (as in pricing I have a very tight budget). Budget and costs My budget is at max about USD$625 (for the GPU) Shipping cost to my city (from the capital Santiago) are USD$15 for a SSD and about USD$25-65 for a GPU (size/weight) 3090's that got here(country) are being sold at about USD$2100 3080 are over USD$1000 3070 are over USD$750 (3080 and 3090 are arriving nov 5 supposedly, not sure if the stock is real and that's the only real store I found with them) This means that when AMD gets here I won't be able to afford the 6800 either, so no hope in my local market, if you wonder why I want these GPUs it's because I have been saving money for 2 years now, and I expect to have this gpu for some years to come too, so when I swap my PC to a new one I'll have a decent GPU, or if I upgrade my monitor, or If I have to sell my PC, this GPU will hold its value a lot better because of the jump in performance at this "entry" level specially with my local market pricings and availability, so I'm doing this with full knowledge that I'll bottleneck my 7 year old system, but hey, I'll be able to push everything to the max (gpu wise) and even supersample, so better AA :p My current PC (from nov 2013) I5-4670k @ 4.5-1.3V (around 60°C at full load) Hyper 212 EVO (CPU cooler) MSI Z87-GD65 2x8GB DDR3 OC to 1866 (HX316C10FR/8) MSI GTX 760 2GB XFX PRO750W Core Edition Bronze+ 1TB HDD HAF 912 plus (case) 1080p screen (probably the next upgrade some day) I'm also planning to buy a 1TB (hopefully) SSD with the money I get from selling my current GPU, ideally the MX500 if/when they drop in price, or some other if the price is right (1TB MX500 is about USD$138 right now, last year the lowest was around USD$110, they inflated prices for all PC components this year or so) If anyone did read any of this, thanks for your time, and if you were wondering, even though this place is so isolated, we still have pretty good internet and it's not that expensive, around USD$27 for 200/200 fiber, they recently put a fiber cable here(region) and they might put some more to reach the antarctic base in the future. Also if this fails, I'll probably settle with some cheap used GPU like a rx570 for about USD$200 if I can negotiate that, because they sell them at about USD$250 used or equivalents.
  2. I like the design and the layout they did.
  3. I'm using a deathadder, sidewinder x4 and an hyperx cloud.
  4. I'm currently using a gtx 760 2GB, and this would be my chance In using an AMD product, because here In my country they sell them over double the US price, the 1070 Is almost 800USD, and then we have that they don't sell them In my city, I would have to get It shipped here which would only add to the cost...
