Unless you are ever planning to upgrade to a K series processor, then no its not worth it. You should be able to find all the features you need and require on an H series board.

I have a SAS RAID controller card and want to know if there is any way to use it as a media encoder for screen recordingto reduce the stress on my CPU. Can it be done?

Hi, I have a q6700 , core 2 quad, I upgraded from a intel Pentium D, use stock cooler and I see temps in the 40C - 50C range. Hope that helps!

If you can wired is the way to go! But as for that wireless adapter I'm not sure.
