I built a desktop with the Asus A170-p that has USB Type-C on it. I have a GTX 1060 with the only HDMI port being used for my main monitor but I just bought a USB Type-C to vga for my motherboard but my other monitor wont turn on. Do I need to install Intel HD graphics for my 6600k or am i missing something else?

I have an EVGA GT 730 and it is said to support DirectX12 but in the windows store it says I dont have support for it is there a fix that anyone knows?

I just built a PC with the Core I5 6600K with an ASUS Z170-P motherboard but I dont understand the overclocking on the board or its just me this being my first build but, My question is what am I changing when I overclock my CPU the turbo or base clock? Also what is a good stable overclock I have a Hyper T4 but I dont want to push my system balls to the walls but maybe 4Ghz. If this made no since to you im sorry i know how to build a PC but the UEFI is Spanish to me for the most part.

I just bought a Hyper T4 open-box for $19 USD on new egg but i think the 212 evo has slightly better acoustics. it keeps my core i5 6600k at 3605mhz at 55ish Celsius
